How does the telehealth consultation work?

Before any prescription therapy, you complete an intake and meet with a licensed provider by video or phone. The provider reviews your history, current medications and goals, and decides whether a therapy is appropriate for you. A consultation is not a guarantee that any specific treatment will be prescribed.

Who actually performs the treatments?

IV therapy and injections are administered by licensed Registered Nurses, with paramedics supporting on-site event coverage. Prescription protocols are ordered by a licensed provider and followed exactly as written.

Is ReGlo a replacement for my doctor?

Accepted Answer

No. ReGlo services are elective wellness services and do not replace primary care, emergency care, or ongoing treatment from your physician. Always tell your regular provider about therapies you receive here, and call 911 in an emergency.

Question 4

Can anyone book IV therapy or peptides?

Accepted Answer

No. Some conditions — including pregnancy, kidney or heart disease, certain cancers, clotting disorders and some medication interactions — may make a service unsafe. Eligibility is determined during screening, and we may decline service on clinical grounds.

Where do your peptides come from?

Prescribed peptides are dispensed by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy for a specific patient, following a telehealth consultation and a valid prescription. We do not sell peptides over the counter and we do not dispense research-grade material.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

Accepted Answer

Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality before they are dispensed. Compounding pharmacies are licensed and regulated by state boards of pharmacy and are subject to federal oversight under section 503A of the FD&C Act.

What about GLP-1 medications like semaglutide?

Certain peptide-based medications, such as insulin and GLP-1 receptor agonists, have FDA-approved versions for specific diagnoses. Any use outside an approved indication, or any compounded version, is not FDA-approved. Your provider will explain what is being prescribed, why, and what the known risks and side effects are.

What about recovery peptides such as BPC-157?

Some peptides discussed in fitness and recovery circles are not FDA-approved for human use and have limited long-term human safety data. We do not market or provide these as proven treatments, and we will not supply anything a provider has not evaluated and prescribed.

No. Individual results vary and nothing on this site is a promise of a particular outcome. Descriptions of benefits reflect general wellness information, not claims that any service diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents disease.

Is oxygen aromatherapy medical oxygen?

No. Our oxygen aromatherapy is a non-medical, recreational wellness experience delivered at low flow with plant-derived aromas. It is not medical oxygen therapy, is not a treatment for any respiratory or medical condition, and is not a substitute for prescribed oxygen.

How do you handle sanitation?

Nasal cannulas and oxygen tubing are single-use and replaced for every guest, bottles and hard surfaces are disinfected between sessions, and all sharps and clinical waste are handled under standard medical protocols.
